We want to make sure you never miss an important message from us. If you’re using Microsoft Outlook, here’s a quick and easy way to ensure emails from [email protected] always go straight to your inbox — not your spam or junk folder.

Step 1: Add [email protected] to Your Safe Senders List

This tells Outlook that emails from us are trusted.

For Outlook on Desktop:

1. Open Outlook.

2. Click on the Home tab.

3. Click Junk > Junk Email Options.

4. Go to the Safe Senders tab.

5. Click Add.

6. Type: [email protected]

7. Click OK.

For Outlook on the Web (Outlook.com or Office 365):

1. Go to Outlook Web.

2. Click the Settings icon in the top right.

3. Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom.

4. Go to Mail > Junk email.

5. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

6. Type: [email protected]

7. Click Save.

Step 2: Check Your Junk Folder (Just in Case)

If you’re not seeing emails from us, check your Junk Email folder:

• If you find a message from [email protected], right-click it and choose Mark as not junk or Move to Inbox.

• This helps Outlook learn that you want to receive our emails.
